Every staff member undergoes a comprehensive Safe lifting techniques, Product Care, Pallet Configuration, Proper use of Machinery, Incident and Accident Management, Hazard Identification and Reporting, Safety Meetings, Daily Safety Checks. We have a comprehensive automated on-line training system that manages the internal certification and training development of every member of our team. Each team member has specific Key Performance Indicators allocated to them as part of their Role Description. Staff incentives and bonuses are also directly linked to each team members Safety Performance.
Our designated internal Safety Officer conducts regular random onsite audits to ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times. We also provide detailed Safety reporting to our clients to provide feedback and suggetsions, and to ensure that our staff and your staff are doing everything possible to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
